سياسة الخصوصية

١) ما الذي نجمعه

نجمع فقط البيانات اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة مثل بيانات الفواتير والمصاريف، وبيانات التواصل المطلوبة لمعالجة طلبات الدعم أو طلبات الخصوصية.

We only collect data needed to deliver the service, including invoice and expense records, plus contact details required for support and privacy requests.

٢) الاستخدام والاحتفاظ

نستخدم البيانات لإدارة المحاسبة، الامتثال الضريبي، وتحسين جودة الخدمة. سجلات الربط المرتبطة بالهوية تُحتفظ لمدة محدودة ثم يتم حذفها تلقائيًا وفق سياسة احتفاظ مقيدة.

Data is used for accounting operations, tax compliance, and service quality. Identity-related integration logs have bounded retention and are automatically removed after the retention window.

٣) نقل البيانات عبر الحدود

قد تتم معالجة بعض البيانات في مناطق تشغيل سحابية مختلفة حسب إعدادات البنية السحابية. يتم توضيح هذه المناطق في إعدادات التكامل ويمكن ضبطها حسب احتياج المنشأة.

Some processing may occur in cloud regions outside your default region depending on infrastructure configuration. Region behavior is configurable through integration settings.

٤) حقوق صاحب البيانات

يمكنك طلب الوصول، التصحيح، الحذف، سحب الموافقة، أو الاعتراض من خلالمركز الخصوصية.

You can submit access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or objection requests through the privacy center.
